Information Collection, Use, Sharing and Disclosure

General
When you register for a Plays411 account or when you purchase products or services, you provide personally identifiable information to Plays411, which is stored by Plays411 for the purposes of delivery of products and services. The Plays411 site also collects information from your browser, such as browser type and version, settings, operating system, your IP address, and pages visited. This computer information is retrieved to ensure functionality of the site with your browser, such as allowing you to add products and services to your shopping cart, and/or customizing the site’s content to match your shopping experience. Additionally, visitors’ IP addresses are stored for security purposes, to prevent fraud and other illegal activity.

Children
Federal Law prohibits Internet sites from collecting and/or distributing personal information from children without parental consent. At this time, Plays411 has no method in place to obtain and track parental consent. Therefore, children under the age of 13 are prohibited from submitting personal information to Plays411.

Disclosure and Sharing
Plays411 will never sell or rent your personally identifiable information to any other party. Plays411 has developed their mailing list for the purpose of informing patrons and/or clients of upcoming events and special promotions and to sell tickets. Recipients may opt out of the mailing list at any time. Plays411 will not send marketing or other solicitations to patrons who have opted out, and organizations that use Plays411 to sell tickets are likewise prohibited from sending marketing or solicitations to customers who opt out. Regardless of whether a customer has opted out of the mailing list, Plays411 and/or the organizations using Plays411 to sell tickets may contact the customer regarding important information related to an event the customer has already purchased tickets to. This may include questions or notifications related to orders or payment, season ticket renewals, or information such as event cancellation, relocation, or postponement.
