General
When you register for an account with us or when you purchase products or services, you provide personally identifiable information to us, which we store for the purposes of delivery of products and services. Our site also collects information from your browser, such as browser type and version, settings, operating system, your IP address, and pages visited. This computer information is retrieved to ensure functionality of the site with your browser, such as allowing you to add products and services to your shopping cart, and/or customizing the site’s content to match your shopping experience. Additionally, visitors’ IP addresses are stored for security purposes, to prevent fraud and other illegal activity.

Children

At this time, we have no method in place to obtain and track parental consent. Therefore, children under the age of 13 are prohibited from submitting personal information to us.

Recipients may opt out of the mailing list at any time. We will not send marketing or other solicitations to patrons who have opted out, and organizations that use us to sell tickets are likewise prohibited from sending marketing or solicitations to customers who opt out. Regardless of whether a customer has opted out of the mailing list, we and/or the organizations using us to sell tickets may contact the customer regarding important information related to an event the customer has already purchased tickets to. This may include questions or notifications related to orders or payment, season ticket renewals, or information such as event cancellation, relocation, or postponement.
